Terms of Service

1. The Service

SessionScribe ("the Service", "we", "us") is an automated, AI-assisted tool available at https://sessionscribe.pro. You submit a call or session transcript, or notes, that you paste in; the Service uses this to produce a free topic summary and one insight, and, once you pay, fully structured notes and a client follow-up email draft. The Service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You agree not to use the Service to submit unlawful content, content you do not have the right to share, or content that infringes another person's rights, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

3. Payment

The Service is priced at a one-time, non-recurring payment (currently $9) per session, to unlock the fully structured notes and client follow-up email draft for that session. This is a single purchase, not a subscription: there is no automatic renewal, and you will only be charged again if you submit another session and choose to unlock it. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in USD at checkout regardless of any other currency referenced on the page. 4. Output accuracy

Output is generated by a third-party AI model and may be incomplete, contain errors, or omit relevant items. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it or acting on it.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SessionScribe and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

6. No professional advice

This is not medical, psychotherapy, or legal documentation. The Service is a general note-taking and drafting aid only. For clinical or legal records, use specialized, compliant tools and consult the relevant licensed professional.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
