Refund Policy

Effective September 14, 2026

1. Digital, on-demand delivery

SessionScribe charges a one-time, non-recurring payment per session to unlock that session's fully structured notes and follow-up email draft. There is no subscription — each unlock is a single purchase tied to one session's output. Because the paid output is generated specifically for you and delivered instantly at the moment of payment, all sales are generally final once the paid output has been successfully generated and shown to you.

2. When we do refund

If you paid but, due to a technical error on our side, the Service failed to generate your paid output at all, contact us within 7 days of the payment at o.guzey@crtable.com with your report link or Stripe receipt, and we will issue a full refund or generate the output again, at your choice.

3. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
